HealthTrek was developed to meet the physical development and maintenance needs of several very diverse segments of our society-youth, seniors, athletes, and the military as well as the general population. Everyone will benefit from a regular HealthTrek routine. HealthTrek incorporates activities to work all major muscle groups both in terms of endurance AND strength. Emphasis is placed on upper body, lower body, and abdominal muscles.
